Order Processing Times

Our orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days.  During seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas order processing can take up to 3 business days.  We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

We ship from our shop located in the United States.  We currently ship to the United States.

Free Domestic USPS Ground Shipping to USA - We ship by second or third  business day from date of purchase.

                                              Domestic USPS Ground Shipping (USA) is free and you can upgrade if you need faster at the time of check out.  

No Local Delivery or Pickup

Lost Items

Initial Verification:  Buyer should contact USPS as soon as possible about missing box.  Your local USPS office can provide the GPS coordinates for the scan which helps verify if the package was delivered to the correct location.  If USPS delivered to wrong location they will try to get box back and/or issue a refund.  (this can happen)

Police Report needs to be on file for lost/stolen items over $50. for stolen mail if GPS shows it was delivered to buyers location and buyer does not have box.  Forward Police Report to seller for refund or replacement.

Regarding actual lost box.  Once USPS confirms the location of box is unknown seller will put in claim through USPS and either refund or replace lost item to buyer. 

Usually things work perfectly with USPS shipping.
